Embodied Awakening

 The body can be a gateway and an anchor from which we experience fundamental consciousness –that which cannot be known through thought and words. In spiritual teachings, love and awareness are emphasised while the texture and groundedness of being is often overlooked. This workshop will provide subtle tools to help you inhabit your body deeper and in so doing provide the ground for you to experience life from your core.
We will work with constellations (derived from family constellations), guided inner exercises and shared subtle body experiences.

Lucy Thomas has travelled widely and taught in England, Scotland and New Zealand. She trained in systemic constellations with Judith Hemming and continues to follow a path of embodied spirituality inspired by several teachers and A Course in Miracles. Life continues to mentor her toward manifesting vision in reality... She happily considers herself a 'work in progress'!
